(1) After the debt has been recovered in accordance with this Act, 1 percent of the recovered loan amount shall be paid to the tribunal by the concerned bank or financial institution as a debt recovery fee. Thus, when banks and financial institutions pay debt recovery fees, they shall deduct the amount submitted as per sub-section (2) of section 15 and pay only the remaining amount.
